In order to solve living problems of these peasants, local governments organize and build a number of urban resettlement residential communities. However, a majority of public service facilities in urban resettlement residential communities cannot meet the basic need of land-lost farmers, especially in urban fringe area which contains weak facilities. Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper takes the example of Baohe Garden community and Furong community in Hefei city in Anhui province, and draws on SPSS13.0, from the perspective of supply and demand of public facilities in residentia l area of urban fringe. Meanwhile, it analyses the current condition of supply and dema
