新鲜羊膜移植联合自体血清治疗严重眼化学烧伤临床观察 　　[摘要]目的：观察新鲜羊膜移植联合自体血清治疗严重眼化学伤的临床疗效。方法：将病例按照治疗方法不同随机分为新鲜羊膜移植术联合自体血清的治疗组和单独应用新鲜羊膜治疗组及单独应用自体血清组，观察疗效及治疗时间。结果：新鲜羊膜移植联合自体血清的治疗组治疗严重眼化学烧伤治愈率高，组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；在治疗时间上，组间亦有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论：新鲜羊膜移植术联合自体血清治疗眼化学烧伤有较好的疗效。 　　[关键词]新鲜羊膜移植；自体血清；眼化学烧伤 　　[中图分类号] R779.6 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2012）02-0223-02 　　 　　Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous serum treatment of severe chemical burns of the eye clinical research 　　WANG Li1,LI Peng2,GAO Dan-yu2,WU Xi-yuan1,YANG Yang1 　　(1.Department of Medicine Technology Optometry,Xian Medical College,Xian 710021,Shaanxi,China; 2.Department of Ophthalmology,No.451 Hospitial of Chinese PLA,Xian, 710054,Shaanxi,China) 　　 　　Abstract: Objective To observe the fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous serum treatment of severe ocular chemical injury of clinical efficacy. Methods The cases were randomly divided into treatment in accordance with the fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous serum in the treatment group and the fresh amniotic membrane alone group and individual therapy with autologous serum group effects were observed and the treatment time. Results The amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous serum treatment group, the treatment of severe ocular chemical burns high cure rate difference between the groups was statistically significant (P0.05),in the treatment of time, there are significant differences between groups (P0.05). Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous serum treatment of ocular chemical burns has a good effect. 　　Key words:fresh amniotic membrane transplantation; autologous serum; eye chemical burns 　　 　　 眼表化学烧伤是眼科的急症之一，轻者影响美容，重者导致失明，是一种常见的致盲性眼病。严重的化学烧伤多由强酸、强碱引起。对化学烧伤急症的处理??并发症的治疗是眼科领域比较棘手的问题之一。近年来随着对眼表重建术的研究不断深入，使以往难以治愈的眼表疾病取得了很大进展。目前，我们采用新鲜羊膜移植遮盖联合自体血清治疗眼化学性烧伤，有助于重建眼表，缩短疗程，减少并发症，疗效显著，效果满意，现报道如下。 　　 　　1 资料和方法 　　1．1 资料与分组：收集统计2006年以来因眼化学性烧伤的住院患者，共24例33眼，男
