滋阴补肾中药治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨滋阴补肾中药治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床疗效。方法 在医院2014年12月―2015年10月期间诊治的糖尿病肾阴虚证患者中抽取111例作研究对象，将其采取随机数字法分为观察组（n=56）和对照组（n=55），观察组以糖尿病常规治疗为基础，同时采取滋阴补肾中药治疗，对照组单纯采取糖尿病常规治疗方法，对比两组患者肾阴虚的临床治疗效果以及血糖水平。结果 观察组肾阴虚治疗总有效率为96.43%，远高于对照组的83.64%;同时，观察组FPG、2hPG和HbAlc也明显低于对照组，两组患者肾阴虚治疗效果和血糖水平的组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 滋阴补肾中药治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床疗效显著，其有助于改善患者肾阴虚状况，降低血糖水平，值得推广应用于临床。 　　[关键词] 滋阴补肾中药;糖尿病肾阴虚证;血糖 　　[中图分类号] R587 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）01（a）-0122-03 　　Clinical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetes and kidney yin and kidney syndrome 　　ZHAO Mei 　　Ningbo City， Zhejiang Haishu District Baiyun Street Community Health Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine，zhejiang ningbo 315000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetes and kidney yin and kidney syndrome. Results The total effective rate of kidney 96.43%， far higher than the 83.64 percent; at the same time， the observation group FPG， 2hPG and HbAlc was significantly lower than the control group， two groups of patients and blood sugar and kidney treatment differences were statistically significant （P lt;0.05） between the level of the group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetes and kidney yin and kidney syndrome significantly， which helps to improve the condition of the patient and kidney， lower blood sugar levels， is worth promoting
