肿瘤标志物CA199和CA242在胰腺癌中诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨放射免疫法检测CA199和CA242在胰腺癌诊断中的应用价值。 方法 2013年1月～2014年6月，分别选择胰腺癌患者为病例组60 例、胰腺良性疾病患者为对照组60 例，分别检测各组的CA199、CA242水平及胰腺癌各期的CA199、CA242水平，计算两组CA199、CA242的灵敏度和特异度。 结果 胰腺癌患者血清中的CA199和CA242水平明显高于对照组，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），病例组CA199、CA242的灵敏度和特异度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者的CA199、CA242水平显著低于Ⅲ期，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 检测CA199和CA242有利于对胰腺癌的临床诊断，可作为诊断胰腺癌的一项筛选指标。 　　[关键词] 胰腺癌；肿瘤标志物；CA199 　　[中图分类号] R735.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（b）-0064-03 　　Diagnostic value of tumor marker CA199 and CA242 for pancreatic cancer 　　LIN Ding-li 　　Department of Hepatopancreatobiliary，Minimally Invasive Surgery of Hepatobiliary Endoscope，the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University，Fuzhou 350000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application value of the radioimmunoassay detection of CA199 and CA242 in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods From January 2013 to July 2014，sixty patients with pancreatic cancer were selected as patient group and 60 patients with pancreatic benign disease were selected as control group.CA199 and CA242 level of each group and CA199 and CA242 level at each stage of pancreatic cancer were detected respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of both groups for CA199 and CA242 was calculated respectively. Results CA199 and CA242 level of patient group was significantly higher than that of control group respectively，and there was a statistical difference between two groups （P0.05）.The sensitivity and specificity of CA199 and CA242 of patient group was higher than that of control group respectively，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）.CA199 and CA242 level of the patients with pancreatic cancer at stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ was significantly lower than that at stage Ⅲ，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）. Conclusion The detection of CA199 and CA242 is conducive to the clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and can serve as a screening indicator for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. 　　[Ke
