鼻中隔偏曲并下鼻甲肥大行鼻中隔偏曲矫正下鼻甲外移术研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨鼻中隔偏曲并下鼻甲肥大行鼻中隔偏曲矫正联合下鼻甲外移术的临床效果。 方法 收集我院耳鼻喉科2012年1月～2015年1月收治的鼻中隔偏曲并下鼻甲肥大患者80例，随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组40例，两组患者均经过常规的术前检查和准备后，患者均给予鼻中隔偏曲矫正术，观察在此基础上给予下鼻甲外移术，观察两组治疗效果。 结果 两组治疗效果差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 鼻中隔偏曲并下鼻甲肥大行鼻中隔偏曲矫正联合下鼻甲外移术可以明显的提高治疗效果，并且具有一定安全性，值得临床推荐。 　　[关键词] 鼻中隔偏曲；下鼻甲肥大；鼻中隔偏曲矫正；下鼻甲外移术 　　[中图分类号] R765.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）31-0065-03 　　Research on nasal septum+relocation surgery of inferior turbinate in treating deviation of nasal septum and hypertrophic inferior turbinate 　　LIU Xiaofei1 WEN Xuefeng2 　　1.Department of Otolaryngology， Peoples Hospital of Wanan County in Jiangxi Province， Wanan 343800， China； 2.Department of Stomatology， Peoples Hospital of Wanan County in Jiangxi Province， Wanan 343800， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal septum and relocation surgery of inferior turbinate in treating deviation of nasal septum and hypertrophic inferior turbinate. Methods A total of 80 patients with deviation of nasal septum and hypertrophic inferior turbinate in our ENT from January 2012 to January 2015 were divided into the experimental group and the control group by table of random number， with 40 cases in each group. After routine preoperative examination and preparation， patients in the two groups were given nasal septum surgery， and patients in the observation group were given relocation surgery of inferior turbinate on this basis. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The difference between of the the treatment effects two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The nasal septum and relocation surgery of inferior turbinate in treating deviation of nasal septum and hypertrophic inferior turbinate can significantly improve the therapeutic effect， and has a certain degree of security.
