腹腔镜联合胃镜术和开腹术治疗胃间质瘤对比研究 　　【摘要】 目的 比较腹腔镜联合胃镜行胃间质瘤切除术与开腹胃间质瘤切除术的临床疗效，探讨双镜联合技术在胃间质瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法 选择双镜联合胃间质瘤切除术28例及同期开腹胃间质瘤切除术24例，分析两组临床和病理资料，对比两组手术安全性、术后恢复情况。结果 双镜联合手术组手术时间为（88.04±?16.57） min?，与开腹手术组的（91.25±12.18） min比较，差异无统计学意义（?P?0.05）；双镜联合手术组术中失血量（62.14±27.33） ml，显著少于开腹手术组的（130.63±43.12 ml），差异有统计学意义（?P?0.01）；术后进食时间和住院天数双镜联合手术组分别为（3.50±1.20） d、（9.43±1.79） d，显著短于开腹手术组的（5.42±1.18） d、（13.13±2.58） d（?P?0.001）。双镜联合组随访5～50个月，中位随访时间30个月，开腹组随访6～55个月，中位随访时间32个月，均无复发或转移。结论 双镜联合胃间质瘤切除术安全、有效，是理想的微创术式，具有可行性。? 　　【关键词】 胃间质瘤； 胃镜检查术； 腹腔镜手术； 开腹胃间质瘤切除术?? 　　Clinical comparitive study of endo-laparoscopic cooperative and open resection for gastrointestinal stromal tumors ?HAN Wei-feng,FEI Bo-jian,GAO Qi-zhong.The 4th Hospital of Wuxi,Wuxi 214062,China?? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To compare the result of endo-laparoscopic cooperative and open resection for gastric stromal tumors,and evaluate the feasibility of endo-laparoscopic cooperative resection.Methods A retrospective comparison was made between endo-laparoscopic cooperative (28 cases)and open(24 cases) resection for gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumor.The operation security,postoperative recovery and follow-up results of these patients were compared.Results The operation time of endo-laparoscopic cooperative group(88.04±16.57） min were similar to that in open resection group(?91.25±?12.18） min；the blood loss in endo-laparoscopic cooperative group(62.14±27.33) was markedly less than open resection group(130.63±43.12） ml;exhaust time and length of hospital stay after operation in endo-laparoscopic cooperative group were(3.50±1.20） days and(9.43±1.79） days respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in open resection group(5.42±1.18） days and(13.13±2.58） d days (?P?0.001).Follow up observation was carried out in the endo-laparoscopic cooperative group for 5-50 months (median，30 months)，and in the open group for 6-55 months(median，32 months),respectively.During the periods，no recurence or metastasis was detected.Conclusio
