摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 高校教师的言行举止对大学生思想品德的形成具有重要作用。而当代高 校教师呈现出的行为方式，相对于传统高校教师有所变化。本文通过研究当 代高校教师行为方式及其对大学生思想道德的影响，总结原因和不足，从而 为完善高校教师行为方式，以提升大学生思想道德水平提供借鉴。 本文的正文由五部分组成。 第一部分：高校教师的行为方式的内涵及意义。论述了高校教师行为方 式的分类及内涵，以及积极的行为方式对于大学生思想道德水平的意义。 第二部分：高校教师行为方式的变化。辩证地论述了当代高校教师的行 为方式所发生的积极和消极的变化。 第三部分：高校教师行为方式发生消极变化的原因分析。从学术评价体 系、高效制度、社会环境和个人素养等方面分析高校教师行为方式发生消极 变化的原因。 第四部分：高校教师行为方式的变化对学生思想道德的影响。论述了高 校教师行为方式的积极变化对大学生思想道德的正面影响，及高校教师行为 方式的消极变化对大学生思想道德的负面影响。 第五部分：对于规范高校教师行为方式的对策建议。从加强高校规章制 度建设、重视教师专业发展和建立良好师生关系方面提出规范高校教师行为 方式的对策建议。 关键词：高校教师；行为方式；思想；道德 II AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT University teachers behaviors have an important effect on the formation of the students ideology and morality. Behaviors of teachers in Colleges exhibit nowadays have changed compared with the traditional teachers’. This paper studies on the behaviors of university teachers and the effect on students Ideological and morality, summarizes the reasons and problems, and provides reference for perfecting university teachers behaviors and enhance the level of university Students Ideological and morality. This paper consists of five parts. In the first part, this paper expounds the connotation and the significance of university teachers behaviors. In the second part, this paper expounds the changes of university teachers behaviors, Including the positive and negative changes. The third part analyses the reasons of the negative changes of university teachers behaviors from the aspects as the academic evaluation system, university system , social environment and the qualities of the teachers. The forth part expounds the positive influence and negative influence of university teachers behaviors on the university students. The fifth part puts forwards the countermeasures to perfect university teachers behaviors and enhance the level of College Students Ideological and morality.
