中文摘要 “订单式”人才培养作为一种新兴的职业教育培养模式，近些年来在实践中 得到完善和发展，已逐渐成为校企合作的一种重要模式。这种模式得到了国家政 策的积极支持和各级政府的高度重视：2004 年，教育部在《关于以就业为导向， 深化高等职业教育改革的若干意见》中明确提出了“积极推行订单培养，探索工 学交替、任务驱动、项目导向、顶岗实习等有利于增强学生能力的教学模式”。 2005 年，国务院在《关于大力发展职业教育的决定》中强调“大力推行工学结 合、校企合作的培养模式”。这些政策对于推动职业教育的规范化发展起了很强 的促进作用。“订单式”人才培养作为一种岗位针对性极强的培养模式，对于提 高高职院校毕业生的就业率起了非常重要的作用，也引起了职业教育学术界的高 度关注，研究“订单式”人才培养的论文成为职业教育界的热点之一。前人在研 究“订单式”人才培养的特征、意义及不足、模式探索方面做出了巨大贡献，为 我们进一步了解和研究这种模式提供了充分的借鉴，但是对于“订单式”人才培 养进行系统论述的论文还比较少。 本文采用比较法、文献法、历史研究方法等方法研究“订单式”人才培养， 在回顾我国高职教育“订单式”人才培养发展历程的基础上，系统的阐述了其产 生的背景、特征、实践意义以及存在问题。并提出了相应的解决对策和建议，以 便更好的丰富“订单式”人才培养的理论内涵和完善实施策略，更好的为社会培 养和输送合格的技能人才，推进职业教育的进一步发展。 关键词：“订单式”人才培养；职业技术教育；高职人才培养模式 ABSTRACT The order cultivation pattern of the higher vocational education has become an important teaching mode cooperation of higher vocational institute and enterprises in recent years. As an emerging teaching mode，the order cultivation pattern of the higher vocational education gets the national policy active promotion and high attention of all the levels of the governments:In 2004,the Chinese ministry of education firstly put forward implete the order cultivation pattern positively and explore the training modes of cooperation of higher vocational institute and enterprises、task-driven、project orientation、post teaching practice what are conducive to enhancing the students ability. in Suggestions on Employment-oriented and deepening the reform of the higher vocational education.
