I I 摘 要 摘 要 一个现金流量充足的企业在进行投资决策及竞争时比那些大量依靠外部融资进行 投资的企业处于有利地位，这使现金流量在企业生存发展和经营管理中起着至关重要的 作用，成为决定企业投资水平的重要因素。“财务管理为企业管理的中心，资金管理为 财务管理的中心，现金流量管理为资金管理的中心”已成为企业界普遍认可的理念。 本文在借鉴和吸收国内外最新现金流管理研究成果的基础上，结合高新技术企业运 行的特点，对高新技术企业特征进行了较为全面的分析，阐述了现金流量管理在高新技 术企业发展中的重要地位和作用；结合中国高新技术企业的实际情况，基于高新技术企 业的生命周期及其经营管理，提出了中国高新技术企业现金流量管理的对策和建议，为 中国高新技术企业加强现金流量管理提供了理论基础和实践指导。 本论文的创新之处主要体现在:将高新技术企业与传统技术产业企业的进行了较为 系统的比较，系统分析了企业所处的生命周期各阶段现金流管理的重心。结合现金流管 理已有的研究，提出了高新技术企业生命周期各阶段的现金流量管理的具体策略与措 施。现金流管理需要服务于高新技术企业的研发创新战略和总体投资战略，按照高新技 术企业不同生命周期阶段现金流量的特点，分别提出了筹资活动、经营活动现金净流量 最大化和自由现金流量最大化三个管理重心，并进行了较为深入的探讨。最后，以启明 星辰为例，对其现金流进行了纵向分析与横向对比，分析了企业现金流管理的现状，阐 述了 企业日常经营活动、融资活动、投资活动现金流管理的不足，反馈了其管理过程 的问题。由此提出了企业在技术创新和知识管理过程中进行长期现金流预算管理，重在 提高内生性现金流的创造能力，优化筹资现金流管理，关注投资方案为企业知识资产积 累和知识资产质量提高所作的贡献，以增强企业的技术创新能力和可持续发展能力。 关键词 现金流 现金流管理 高新技术企业 II II Abstract Abstract A cash flow sufficient during the investment decision-making and competitive than those that rely on external financing to invest in enterprises in a good position, cash flow plays a vital role in the survival, development and management, become the decidingimportant factor in the level of investment.
