Methods:Review and analysis 128 patients Left Hemicolon Carcinoma with acute intestinal obstruction in our hospital from 2003.3 to 2012.3,including 63 patients implanted the intestinal stent successfully as the study group,65 patients underwent emergency operation as the control group.To analyze and compare the I phase tumor resection rate,perioperative mortality,postoperative anastomotic fistula, postoperative anastomotic bleeding,postoperative incisional wound infection,postoperative intra-abdominal infection,postoperative pulmonary infection,the postoperative abdominal drainage,the hospital stays,the total cost of hospitalization,the median survival time a HYPERLINK dict://key.0895DFE8DB67F9409DB285590D870EDD/survival%20rate nd survival rate in the two groups.
