识别评估控制评价程序构建老年病房护理安全管理的模式 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨老年病房护理安全管理的方法与效果。方法：运用对危险因素进行识别、评估、控制、效果评价的程序，应用预防性改进、过程改进和持续性改进质量控制模式，对收治的860例住院患者按护理差缺、差错和意外事件分类进行统计分析。结果：护理差缺率由改进前的4.5%下降到1.4%；护理差错率由改进前的1.7%下降到0.2%，意外事件发生率也有所下降。其中护理差缺改善最为显著（P＜0.01），护理差错的改善具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而意外事件的发生率由于统计数据太少，不具备统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：实施护理安全管理，对护理工作的每一环节进行有效控制，能有效减少差错的发生，住院患者满意度从95.0%提高到99.3%（P＜0.005），改善明显。 　　[关键词] 老年病房；护理；管理模式 　　[中图分类号] R197.323 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）12（b）-119-03 　　 　　Identification, assessment, aontrol and evaluation process for establishment of geriatric ward nursing safety management mode 　　GU Moli, CAO Jia, SUN Yingna 　　The First Department of Cadres, the First Affiliated Hospital of the General Hospital of Chinese Peoples Liberation Army, Beijing 100048, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the methods and effects of geriatric ward nursing safety management.
