小儿肱骨远端骨骺损伤诊治剖析 　　小儿肱骨远端骨骺损伤诊治分析 　　张 勇 　　阜新市中医医院骨外科，辽宁阜新 123000 　　[摘要] 目的 分析和探讨骨外科临床上对于小儿肱骨远端骨骺损伤患儿进行早期诊治的意义，以期为小儿肱骨远端骨骺损伤的临床诊断和治疗提供借鉴。方法 对该院骨外科2010年5月―2014年6月收治的51例小儿肱骨远端骨骺损伤患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据病程长短不同，将其分成2周内组和2周以上组。所有患儿均采用切开复位、克氏针少数患儿配合缝合内固定以及石膏托进行外固定，术后3～5周拆除石膏托外固定进行常规的功能恢复锻炼。 结果 51例患儿经过临床治疗，术后评价为优的患儿31例（60.78%），评分为良的患儿15例（29.41%），评分为可的患儿4例（7.84%），评分为差的患儿1例（1.96%），临床治疗的优良率为90.20%（46/51）。病程在2周以内患儿临床治疗的优良率为96.77%（30/31），病程在2周以上的患儿的临床治疗的优良率为80.95%（17/21），两组数据差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 临床上收治的肱骨远端骺损伤患儿多为并发关节内骨折，发病后对患者关节的正常功能影响较大。对于病程在2周以上的患儿，治疗的优良率显著低于病程在2周以内患儿，因此，对于这类疾病的治疗一般以早期剖解复位，术后配合术后早期的功能恢复锻炼效果较好。早期诊断和治疗对于促进骨骼愈合及功能恢复有积极的临床意义。 　　[关键词] 小儿；肱骨远端骨骺；损伤；诊治分析 　　[中图分类号] R68 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（c）-0087-03 　　Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of children humerus distal epiphyseal injuries 　　ZHANG Yong 　　Department of Orthopedics， Fuxin Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine， Fuxin，Liaoning Province， 123000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective Analysis and discussion on bone surgery clinic for children with infantile humerus distal epiphyseal injury to the significance of early diagnosis and treatment， in order to pediatric clinical diagnosis and treatment of humerus distal epiphyseal injuries.
