大学生自主创业的瓶颈分析与对策研究 ［ ］口前，我国大学生自主创业遇到~些闹难和瓶颈，比如缺乏经验、资金不足、 创业起点低、成功率较低等。针对大学生自主创业W难产生的原因，如外部环境不好，大学 生自身素质有待提高等，可以进行适当的改进和调整。本文首先介绍了大学生自主创业的和 关理论，其次分析了大学生自主创业的原因，再次，指出了大学生自主创业屮的问题，最后 结合我国的爲体国情和高校实际提出了相应的对策和措施。 ［关键字］大学生 G主创业 瓶颈分析 应对策略 人#生El主创业的瓶颈分析与对策研究 The bottleneck and Countermeasures of university students9 independent venture [Abstract] At present, encountered some difficulties and the bottleneck of entrepreneurship of university students in China，such as lack of experience, lack of funds，low threshold, the success rate is low. In view of the reasons students independent venture difficulties arise, such as the external environment is not good，their quality needs to be improved, can be adjusted and improved. This paper first introduces the related theory of college students venture, followed by analysis of the causes of College Students* entrepreneurship, again, points out the problems in the university students’ innovative undertaking, finally, combined with China’s specific national conditions and the reality of the corresponding strategies and measures.
