飞机融资租赁风险分析与管理研究 融资租赁是把融资和融物结合起来的金融工具。它与证券、银行信贷、 保险和信托并列现代金融五大产业。融资租赁在我国已有约30年的发展历 史。而改革开放后，我国民航运输业也己取得举世瞩目的成就。由于国内航 空公司使用中大型客机的多为国外飞机制造公司生产，相应的飞机租赁业 务也多由境外租赁公司包揽。很长一段时间以来，中国民航大飞机的融资 租赁市场是一个“出租人被国外租赁公司垄断，承租人被国家垄断”的产 业，不能被称为真正的飞机融资租赁。我国的飞机融资租赁行业虽然己初 显规模，但与发达国家相比仍旧存在不小的差距。不过随着近年来国产大 飞机C919项目的迅速发展，我国也拥有了真正属于自己的大型飞机，这无 疑在国外厂商垄断的大飞机市场打开了一道缺口，也给国内飞机融资租赁 业务带来了新的发展机遇与挑战。 飞机融资租赁因为交易金额大、参与方多、租赁期长、技术要求高等 特点，其风险尤为突出。自然的，飞机租赁项目中的风险管理与控制就显得 更加重耍。本文首先归纳总结了先前国内外学者的研究成果，然后概述了 目前国际上几种主流的飞机融资租赁方式并对它们进行了风险的分析比 较，随后分析丫我国飞机融资租赁业现状，末了从承租人方面阐述了飞机 融资租赁的几种主要风险，进而提出了一些对策与建议。 关键字：飞机融资租赁，风险分析，风险管理，建议ABSTRACT Finance lease, bank credit, security, insurence and trust are the five modern financial industry.Finance lease has about 30 years of development history in China. After the reform and opening up , Chinas civil aviation industry has made remarkable achievements . Since domestic airline companies mostly use large passenger aircraft manufacturing by companies abroad , the aircraft leasing business are mostly taken by foreign leasing companies.ln recent years, with the rapid development of China-made large aircraft C919 project，China break the monopoly in large aircraft market. The domestic aircraft financing and leasing business is faced with new opportunities and challenges. Aircraft finance lease transaction has many characteristics like large demand for funds，various parties, long time of lease period and great technical requirements,which make the risk prominent.Thus，risk management and control becomes very important in aircraft finance leasing project.This paper ,firstly,summarizes the results of previous scholars, making an overview of the mainstream of aircraft finance leasing methods with a comparative analysis of the risk of them.Secondly，analysing the current situation of the aircraft finance leasing industry.Finally ’elaborating several major risks of aircraft finance leasing，and put forward some countermeasure and suggestions to these risk.
