摘要来自就业市场的信息表明，大学生就业难的现象正在加剧。面对就业竞争的 摘要 来自就业市场的信息表明，大学生就业难的现象正在加剧。面对就业竞争的 压力，大学生应迅速意识到成才与就业的密切关系，提高就业意识，尽早培养大 学生职业素质，形成正确的人才观念。当前，大学生的职业素质培养的误区以及 社会现实要求存在的差距，也是导致就业难的原因之一。大学生要在整个大学期 间树立竞争意识，努力提高与职业活动相关的素质，增强竞争力和社会适应能力。 本文首先采用文献资料法与实践调查法相结合的方法，通过查阅国内外相关 研究背景以及通过对在校生、毕业生以及用人单位的实证调查，从理论与现实的 角度上提出当代大学生职业素质培养的迫切性和必要性、面临的现状和存在的问 题。然后，从探讨素质、职业素质、大学生职业素质的概念出发，在对大学生职 业素质构成调查的基础上，尝试对当代大学生职业素质的构成进行新的诠释。再 次，提出大学生职业素质具有弹性化特征，并将弹性职业素质的构成诠释为基本 职业素质、变通职业素质、融通职业素质、潜通职业素质。最后，针对调查中发 现的大学生职业素质构成单一、培养体系不健全、开发缺乏个性、实践环节薄弱 等这些问题，提出构建大学生职业素质培养的弹性工作内容、健全大学生职业素 质培养的规范培养体系、制定大学生职业素质培养的个性培养方案、加强大学生 职业素质培养的持续实践环节、营造大学生职业素质培养的立体培养环境等对策 建议。 关键词： 职业素质培养弹性化特征构建对策 AbstractShowing Abstract Showing from the market of employment，its becoming more difficult for university students in employment．Facing the pressure of employment competition， university students should realize the relationship between being talent and employment，increase the awareness of Employment，develop the right concept of talent．There exists gap between professional competency education of students and requirements from society．Through the whole tertiary study period，the student should establish competition consciousness，improve competencies related with his professional activities，reinforce competition strength and adaptability to the society． Firstly，by integrating literatures and investigations，referring related research both from domestic and overseas，and through the investigation for students， employees and employers，the thesis states the importance and necessity of professional competency cultivation of university students，present situation and problems．Secondly，the thesis starts from the concept of competency,professional competency and continues on the base of the investigation for current status of the professional competency constitution of university students．the thesis tries to interpret the constitution of professional competency for contemporary university students through a new point of view．Thirdly,the thesis states the
