II II The Development of Variable Frequency Drive Control System for Energy-efficient Mixing Station Abstract With the accelerated urbanization process in China, concrete mixing stations are developing rapidly because of the sharp increase demand for concrete. They consume a lot of natural resources and energy, but also cause serious pollution of the environment. Therefore, technological transformation of saving energy is the inevitable choice for mixing station enterprises and can improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Motors are used to drive machine in concrete mixing station, actually, the motor efficiency decreases under conditions of low load factor resulting in a serious waste of power. The author develop an control system for concrete mixing station using inverter technology corporate with an enterprise. The specific contents are as follows: )、To determine the energy-saving plans by further analysis of the motor working conditions on the basis of the working principle and workflow of mixing station; To design an energy-saving variable frequency drive system for mixing console of the concrete mixing station, main circuit design, control circuit design and program design; )、As boring machine of mixer often occurs due to the mixing console stuck by aggregate particles. The paper selects the method to improve output torque of the mixing console to solve the problem by analysis motor theory. This method is verified by using the Matlab/Simulink modules. The results show that it can make the motor transition from extreme situation to normal operation; the simulation model can achieve the expecting goal; )、The system can adjust the speed to work smoothly in low-load and load changing to adapt poor working conditions of the mixing station and to reduce impact on power greatly by using the soft-start of the mixing console.
