By which a corporation also can better its inner environment， improve its core competitiveness and be stronger and stronger during market competition. However，quite a few corporation find it not ideal when they put lean management into practice than expect，the application of lean management is just imitation. The reason for this is just the problem lies in executive ability. Lean Management is a systematic project，it is not just a simple combination of technical work and processes，the implementation of lean management requires strong executive power of the entire staff and continuous enhancement of their own quality. Combined with the actual situation to improve the management process constantly in practice，so lean management can be effective. This paper makes an analysis and summary of the lean management theory, executive power theory, and the relationship between lean management and execution ability during its implementation and development, it elaborates lean management from the executive angle and combines of the research of domestic and foreign scholars on lean management ability and lean management performance to divide lean management executive ability into six indicators. The six indicators are organization and management ability, technical and quality ability, cost control ability, lean production capacity, lean marketing capabilities, lean strategic management ability.
