武汉市公共中心体系规划优化策略 施忠伟 摘要：武汉一直以来坚持多中心发展，但城市中心区不明显，城市中心小、散、弱、乱等问题普遍存在。 此外，调查市民对城市中心认知的差异，反映了城市中心与城市公共空间的匹配不足，城市中心品质不佳。 从对武汉市公共中心体系历史演变入手，采用调查定性与数据定量相结合的分析方法，深刻揭示当前武汉 市公共中心体系在等级规模、功能特色、空间布局等方面存在的问题。结合对多中心网络化的认识，从城 市与市民两个维度，认识在国家中心城市与世界城市目标下武汉市公共中心体系优化的必要性。从城市品 质化与市民共享两个导向提出了弱化等级、强化功能、网络化布局的优化思路，以及强核与集聚、联系与 协同、均衡与统筹的规划优化策略，以期对城市公共空间与城市中心体系发展、空间布局规划提供指导， 来提升武汉市整体城市形象与城市品质。 关键词：公共空间,中心体系,共享化,品质化,优化策略 Abstract:Wuhan hasalwaysadheredtothedevelopment of multicenters,but thecentral area ofthecity isnot obvious,andtheproblemsofurban centersare small,scattered,weak andchaotic.In addition,investigatingthe differencesin cognition ofcity centersreflectsthelack ofmatchingbetweenurban centersandurbanpublic spaces, andthepoor quality ofurban centers.Startingwith thehistoricalevolution ofthepubliccenter system inWuhan, theexistingproblemsinthepubliccenter system of Wuhan intheaspectsof scale,functional characteristicsand spatialdistribution aredeeplyrevealedbytheanalysismethodcombining thequalitativeandquantitativedataof thesurvey.Combiningtheunderstandingofmulticenternetwork,fromtwo dimensionsofcity andcitizen,it is necessary torealizetheoptimization ofthepubliccenter system of Wuhan cityundertheNational CentralCity andthetarget oftheworldcity.Fromthetwoguidanceofurban quality andpublicsharing,theoptimization ideas ofweakeninggrade,strengtheningfunction andnetwork layout areput forward,andtheplanningoptimization strategy ofstrongcoreandagglomeration,contact andcoordination,equilibrium andoverallplanning isproposed in ordertoprovideguidancetothedevelopment ofurbanpublic spaceandurban central system and spacelayout planning,topromotetheimage ofthewholecity andthequality ofthecity inWuhan.
