肾病综合征的个体化营养治疗与中医辨证护理 段享建 (四川省隆昌县中医医院内科四川隆昌642150) 【摘要】目的：肾病综合征的个体化营养治疗与中医辨证护理效果。方法： 选取我院从2014年1月到2015年12月入院治疗的60例肾病综合征患者做为研 究对象。按照治疗与护理措施的不同将患者分为实验组30例与对照组30例，对 照组患者给予常规饮食指导与护理措施，实验组患者给予个体化营养治疗与中医 辩证护理。评估两组患者的治疗效果、护理满意度及治疗前后患者临床指标变化 情况。结果：实验组患者的治疗总有效率及护理满意度显著高于对照组患者，差 异具统计学意义(P0.05)o实验组患者治疗后血清白蛋白水平与每日尿蛋白量 改善情况优于对照组患者，差异具统计学意义(P0.05)o结论：临床采用中医 辨证护理配合个体化营养治疗肾病综合征患者，患者各项指标得到显著改善，治 疗效果好，患者满意度高，值得临床广泛推广应用。 【关键词】肾病综合征；个体化营养治疗；中医辩证；护理 【中图分类号】R473.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 23-0048-02 Individualized nutrition therapy of nephrotic syndrome and TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing Duan Xiangjian. Methods 60patients with nephrotic syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects. Treatment and nursing measures of different patients were randomly divided into two groups as the experimental group 30 cases and control group (30 cases). Patients in the control group received routine dietary guidanee and nursing measures, the patients in the experimental group given individualized nutrition therapy and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing specified in. The changes of clinical indicators before and after the evaluation of two groups of patients, nursing satisfaction and treatment. Results In the treatment of patients in the experimental group the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction was sign讦icantly higher than that in control group, the d iff ere nee was statistically sign 讦 icant (P lt; 0.05). Patie nts in the experime ntal group after treatment, serum albumin level and daily urinary protein were better than those in control group, the differenee was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Clinical use of TCM nursing with individu
