脉络膜裂蛛网膜囊肿的MSCT诊断价值 顾清华 张正斌 陈芳 夏剑飞胡健 杨立民(苏州永鼎医院影像科 215500) 【中图分类号】R651.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 ( 2011) 46-0114-03 【摘要】目的 探讨脑部脉络膜裂蛛网膜囊肿的MSCT表现及其诊断价值，以 进一步提高对木病的认识。方法 回顾性分析13例脉络膜裂蛛网膜囊肿的MSCT 表现特征，并讨论其CT表现与临床症状之间的关系；所有病例诊断均采用了常 规CT轴位图像与矢状位、冠状位多平面重建(MPR)图像相结合的观察方法。结果 13例中男性5例，女性8例，女性略多于男性；所有病例均为单发病灶，其中 左侧3例，右侧10例，右侧明显多于左侧；病灶大小平均约 0.7cmtimes;0.8cmtimes;l.lcm；病灶均位于脉络膜裂内呈境界清楚之小囊性 病变，内部密度均匀且与脑脊液密度相似，囊壁及其周围无软组织密度影,灶周均 无水肿征象。结论 脑部脉络膜裂蛛网膜囊肿是一种先天性发育障碍性结构，通 常与临床症状无关；MSCT轴位扫描结合MPR重建技术对木病的正确诊断具有重 要价值；正确认识木病可提高木病的CT诊断能力，避免不必要的漏、误诊。 【关键词】脉络膜裂蛛网膜囊肿体层摄影术 X线计算机 The Value of MSCT in Diagnosing Archnoid Cyst in Chroidal Fissure of the Brain GU Qing-hua, Zhang Zheng-bin, et al. Department of Radiology,Soochow yongding hospital,soochow,215200,Chi na [Abstract] Objective To investigate the MSCT findings and diagnostic value in patients with archnoid cyst in choroidal fissure of the brain. Methods Characteristic MSCT findings in 13 patients with archnoid cyst in choroidal fissure were retrospectively an a lyzed and the correlation betwee n MSCT imaging and clinical symptom was discussed. Results The cysts were situated within the choroidal fissure in all cases, they all were single lesion, representing as cystic lesion with clearborder, no detectable soft tissue mass in the cyst wall or adjacent area, homogenous density identical to CSF, with the average size of 0.7c mtimes;0.8c mtimes;l.lcm, and no associated edema. Con elusion Arch noid cyst in chroidal fissure of the brain is a benign and congenital developmental abnormality, and has no clin ical symptom in comm on. Combi ned with the use of the methods of routine axis sea n of MSCT and MPR tech no logy may play an importa nt role in the correct diagnosis of archnoid cyst in choroidal fissure. The correct recognization of the MSCT imaging manifestations of archnoid cyst in choroidal fissure can improve the ability of diagnosis.
