PAGE PAGE 10 We know that every education reform all can not get away from the large educators’ participant, comprehend and support .So in order to help the teacher can acquaint and understand these new roles better, and in the good character of these new roles in teaching sooner, this text raise the adjustment both the teachers themselves and school: In the process of roles’ change the teacher should aware deepil into the reformed spirit, passing the changes of the passivity hesitates in time,set up “an idea of developmental life”, with a common heart attitude;change from removing others result to the positive thinking, has some “create” in the teaching, strengthen the“healthy consciousness”, control the “mental state healthy technique”, resume the“personality magic power”by enhance the“mental state accomplishment”etc. Using various forms to precede the mental adjustment to meet the need of the reform. And the school also should adopt homologous measure to cause the teachers’ role change. For example: expromote the humanized management;perfect the teaching evaluate system; amend the evaluate standard; undertake the education active research openly; undertake the teachers training;Support and encourage the teachers to study to renovate the knowledge construction; support and encourage the teachers development school curriculum;Promote teachers to learn from each others ; Making the best use of the all-round cooperation between the school and the teachers, so we can, in a scientific and efficient way, solve the actual problems availably for teachers. Therefore, to analyze a teacher’s mentality conflicts in the roles changing and to find the ways out are definitely helpful for their understanding of the new roles. So that they will take an active attitude towards the reform and the effect of our education are heightened, and this is immediate significance.
