And the school also should adopt homologous measure to cause the teachers’ role change. For example: expromote the humanized management；perfect the teaching evaluate system； amend the evaluate standard; undertake the education active research openly; undertake the teachers training；Support and encourage the teachers to study to renovate the knowledge construction; support and encourage the teachers development school curriculum；Promote teachers to learn from each others ； Making the best use of the all-round cooperation between the school and the teachers, so we can, in a scientific and efficient way, solve the actual problems availably for teachers. Therefore, to analyze a teacher’s mentality conflicts in the roles changing and to find the ways out are definitely helpful for their understanding of the new roles. So that they will take an active attitude towards the reform and the effect of our education are heightened, and this is immediate significance.
