曲阜师范大学 曲阜师范大学 2010 级硕士毕业论文 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract In this experienment，foot shock (voltage 36V，every 10s stimulated 1 times，each lasting 30s， a total of 30 times) was used to build animal model of acute stress and seven stress(bounding thermal stimulus，cold water stimulus，sleep deprivation，fasting，water deprivation，bounding， hathplace，selection of one everyday at random，lasting 21days) was used to build chronic unpredictable stress animal model and study the mices behaviour ，space learning ability and the change of bFGFd in the acute，chronic stress .Open field test was used to check the mices exploratory behavior and adaptability in a strange environment.Morris water maze test was adopted to test the mices space learning and memory ability.HE staining was used to observe the change of frontal cortex of mice and morphology of hippocampal neurons.Immunohistochemical detection method was used to test expression of bFGF in frontal cortex and hippocampus neurons. The results are as follows: Firstly，after acute stress，compared to controled mice group，stress mice groups crossing number，rearing number，fecal grains have increased a lot and the central cell residence time has decreased a lot.However the the modification times have no obvious changes.After chronic stress，compared to controled mice group，stress mice groups crossing number，rearing number have decreased a lot and the central cell residence time has increased a lot.However，the the modification times have decreased lightly and faecal particle number has increased a lot.
