循证护理模式在ICU床旁支气管镜中的 应用 娄丽华李素清姗雖魅滑立伟 承德医学院附属医院ICU 摘要： A的探讨在I⑶床旁纤维支气管镜应用过程屮实施循证护理模式的临床效果。 方法在本院ICU2015年2月一2016年11月期间收治患考中选取84例，均采用 床旁纤维支气管镜进行辅助治疗，按照护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察 组，对照组患者接受I⑶常规护理，观察组患者则在结合护理经验和科学依据 的基础上实施床旁纤维支气管镜循证护理，对两组患者的治疗依从性及其生命 体征变化情况进行观察分析。结果观察组患者在治疗后其Sa02、Pa0? pll水平 均高于对照组，PaC02水平低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0. 05）;观察组 患者治疗依从性明显优于后者，差异具有显著性（P0.05）。结论在1CU床旁 支气管镜诊疗过程中实施循证护理模式，可有效提高患者治疗依从性，保证治 疗操作的顺利进行，对于改善患者临床症状，控制其病情发展具有十分重要的 意义。 关键词： 床旁纤维支气管镜;循证护理;危重病监护病房; 作者简介：娄丽华（1981—），女，河北承德人，主管护师，硕士，主要从事临 床重症护理工作。 收稿曰期:2017-09-29 基金：承徳市科研计划立项项目（编号:201701A041） Application of evidence based nursing model in bedside bronchoscopy of ICU LOULi-hua LI Su_-aing LIU Chang MA Yan ZHANG Qing HUA Li-wei Dept. of ICU，Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College; Abstract： Objective: To study the application in ICU bed fiber bronchoscope in the process of implementation of the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing model.
