循证护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中的应用效果评价 王蓉 (四川成都市金堂县第一人民医院四川成都610400) 【摘要】目的：探讨循证护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中的疗效分析。方法: 选取我院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的32例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象， 根据护理方法的不同，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组各16例。给予对照组患 者进行一般护理，观察组根据患者术前、术中和术后情况制定护理方案，行循证 护理，根据患者临床护理效果、心理状况、术后下床时间、住院费用、住院天数 以及患者对护理工作的满意度等进行对比分析。结果：两组患者护理后，观察组 较对照组并发症更少(Plt;0.05)，抑郁自评表分数得分更低(Plt;0.05),健康 知识掌握情况和护理满意度均高于护理前，且观察组护理效果显著高于对照组 (Plt;0.05)o结论：对患者行循证护理后，可有效提高患者满意度，减少术后 并发症，缩短住院天数，改善患者心理状况，加快结直肠癌患者术后恢复，值得 临床推广和应用。 【关键词】循证护理；结直肠癌；腹腔镜手术 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 22-0343-02 [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the operation of laparoscopic colorectal cancer.
