微创稳定系统治疗股骨远端、胫骨近端骨折的疗效及术中相 关因素 湖南省郴州市临武县人民医院骨科424300 摘 要 目的 探讨微创稳定系统(less invasive stabilization system, LISS))治疗股骨远端、胫骨近端骨折的临床疗效，并对术屮相关因素进行分析。 方法选取我院2015年1月?2016年1月收治的骨折患者56例为研究对象，均 为股骨远端或胫骨近端骨折者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例，治疗组 采用股骨远端或胫骨近端LISS治疗，对照组患者给予解剖钢板内固定治疗，比较 两组患者临床疗效，分析术屮相关因素。结果治疗组患者手术时间、术屮出血 量及骨折愈合时间等指标均优于对照组(Plt;0.05或Plt;0.01)；治疗组治疗优 良率89.3%,明显高于对照组的60.7%,组间比较差异显著(Plt;0.05)o结论 微 创稳定系统(LISS)治疗股骨远端、胫骨近端骨折，手术时间短、创伤小，患者 恢复快，临床疗效好，临床应用价值高。其屮骨折的间接复位、螺钉的中心性固 定、感染少、无需植骨均是提高LISS手术成功的关键因素。 关键词 股骨远端；胫骨近端；微创稳定系统；相关因素 [Abstract] objective to evaluate the minimally invasive stabilization system (less invasive stabilization system, LISS)) in the treatment of distal femur, proximal tibia fractures of the clin ical curative effect, and an alyze the re leva nt factors in the operation. Selection methods from January 2015 to January 2015 were 56 patients with fracture as the research object, are the distal femur or proximal tibia fractures, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 28 cases, the treatment group with distal femur or proximal tibia LISS treatment, control group patients give anatomic plate internal fixation treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect, the analysis of related factors. Results the treatment group patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time andother indicators are better than the control group (P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01)； Treatment group was 89.3%, significantly higher than the control group, 60.7% of the more significant difference between groups (P lt; 0.05) . Conclusion minimally invasive stabilization system (LISS) in treating distal femur, proximal tibia fractures, shorter operation time, small trauma, patients recover quickly, good clinical curative effect, high clin ical value.
