PAGE PAGE VI THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GOVERNMENT LOW RENT HOUSING DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM -- In Nanning City as An Example ABSTRACT Low rent housing as an important part of our security housing, for it plays an important role in solving the housing problems of low-income families in the city. Guarantee of low rent housing determines the government in the development of low rent housing system plays a leading role, is dominated by low rent housing construction, distribution and management. At present, Chinas low rent housing system through continuous development, has made great achievements, to some extent, solve the housing problems of low-income families in parts of the city, but also highlighted a number of issues, in the part of low rent housing construction, distribution, management, exit, there are lack of government responsibility phenomenon. This paper uses literature research method, using the method of comparative study, data analysis and other research methods, selection of low rent housing distribution system as the main research object, in Nanning City as an example, in-depth analysis of Nanning City Hall responsibility in the low rent housing distribution system, and put forward some related countermeasures. Define the responsibility of government low rent housing and related concepts, the justice theory, social security theory and new public service theory knowledge, the government in the low rent housing distribution system should bear the main responsibility.
