万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 本文阐述了某车载雷达伺服系统的关键技术研究与开发,重点完成了基于 FPGA 的硬件数字接口功能和上位机软件功能。 论文首先介绍了系统的总体设计方案和伺服控制器的硬件电路。利用 verilog 硬件描述语言对 DA 接口、串口、XINTF 接口、RDC 接口等硬件数字接口进行了 FPGA 程序设计与开发,并进行了功能仿真与调试,实现了各数字接口功能。 其次,为了对伺服系统进行功能模拟和性能测试,利用 Visual C++ 6.0 开发工 具,开发了集成串口通信、状态显示、参数设置、功能模拟、性能测试、原码显 示和数据曲线绘制等功能于一体的上位机软件。重点讲述了上位机功能实现的具 体开发流程,同时对各功能模块进行了仿真调试,实现了各功能要求。 最后,进行了转台分机的调试、伺服控制分机的调试和整个伺服系统联调, 分析与解决了调试过程中出现的一些问题。性能测试结果表明,伺服系统达到指 标要求,已交付用户使用。 关键词:雷达伺服系统 FPGA Visual C++ 上位机软件 Abstract This thesis presents the research and development of key techniques in a vehicular radar servo system, putting emphasis on the functional realization of a digital hardware interface based on FPGA and PC software. Firstly, the overall design scheme and the hardware circuit of the servo controller are presented in this thesis. Based on Verilog hardware description language, the FPGA programs are designed and developed for digital interfaces, including DA interfaces, serial ports, XIN TF interfaces and RDC interfaces. The functional simulations and debugging are conducted and each digital interfaces’ functions are realized at last. Then, the PC software is developed by using Visual C++ 6.0 development tools to make a function simulation and performance test of the servo system, which integrates many functions such as serial port communication, status display, parameter settings, function simulation, original code display and data curve drawing. At last, the debugging work for turntable extension and servo control extension and the whole servo system has been accomplished to analyze and solve some problems raised during testing procedures. The results of performance testing indicate that the servo system can meet the requirements of indicators. Subsequently, the servo system was delivered to employ in practice.
