绞股蓝总貳片联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症作用研究 张永昕1李莎恩1俞发1彭红波2 1.解放军458医院药剂科 广东广州510602； 2 ?广东广州番禺区何贤纪念医院检验科广东广州510602 【摘 要】目的：探讨绞股蓝总貳片与辛伐他汀联合治疗高脂血症的作用。 方法：SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、绞股蓝总貳组(18mg/kg)、辛伐 他汀组(4mg/kg)＞联合治疗组(绞股蓝总貳18mg/kg＞辛伐他汀4mg/kg),每 组10只。采用维牛素D3腹腔注射加高脂饲料饲喂法建立高脂血症大鼠模型， 各组造模同时给药，观察大鼠一般情况及体重变化，给药10周后麻醉取血，ELISA 法测定大鼠血脂、脂联素(ADP)、瘦素(LEP)的含量。结果：与模型组比较, 绞股蓝总貳片与辛伐他汀联合治疗可显著降低大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL?C水平 (Pt;0.01),显著升高HDL?C水平(Plt;0.01)；同时联合治疗可显著升高大鼠 血清脂联素(Plt;0.01)和显著降低瘦素水平(Plt;0.01),且其对血清脂联素水 平的升高作用优于绞股蓝总貳片或辛伐他汀单用组。结论：绞股蓝总貳片联合辛 伐他汀对高脂血症具有明显的治疗作用。 【关键词】绞股蓝总貳片；辛伐他汀；高脂血症；联合治疗 【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999 ( 2015 ) 0408-02 Effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum of total glucoside Tablets Combined with simvastatin on hyperlipidemia in treating hyperlipemia [Abstract】Objective： To observe the effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum of total glucoside combined with western medicine on hyperlipidemia in treating hyperlipemia. Method： SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group、the control group. Gynostemma pentaphyllum of total glucoside Tablets group (18mg/kg)＞ simvastatin group (4mg/kg)^ the combi nation group, ten rats for each group. The high-lipid diet rat models were made by intraperitoneal injection of all Vitamin D3 at once on high-lipid diet rats. At the same time , each mouse was administrated drug respective!y. Observeing their growing situation and weight changes during the time. Ten weeks later, the rats were drawed blood after anesthesia, then rats serum bloodlipid (TC TG^ LDL-C. HDL-C) and serum adiponnectin, leptin were measurated adopting the ELISA method? Results： Compared with the control group, the combi nation group could markedly discrease the serum TC TG、LDL-C (Plt;O.Ol) , increase the the serum HDL?C (Plt;O.Ol); at the same time, the combi nation group could enhan ced the serum adip orrn ecti n (Plt;O.Ol) , and reduce serum leptin markedly (Plt;O.Ol) .
