基于协同创新知识管理模型构建 摘要：知识管理是一种全新的管理理念和管理方法，其 显著特点就是系统性。我国实施2011计划，积极推动协 同创新，促进政产学研结合，为知识管理的进一步研究工作 开辟了新途径。现有的知识管理研究还没有从协同创新的角 度，全面系统地分析从知识的原始积累到形成产业化经济的 全过程知识管理行为。本文基于协同创新的视角，系统地分 析知识管理全运行过程的基本要素，构建基于协同创新的知 识管理网络模型，并详细分析知识管理主干系统、协同组织 子系统、评价机制子系统的系统结构、运行机理，为知识管 理和创新提供一种新的研究方法，并指导科技创新实践工 作。 Abstract： Knowledge management is a new management concept and management method , its significant characteristic is systemic? Our country is carrying out the “2011 plan” ， actively promote collaborative innovation, promoting the combination of the research, study, and the products, opening up new ways to the further research of the knowledge management work. The existing knowledge management research is not from the poi nt of view of collaborative innovation , comprehensively and systematically analyzes from the knowledge of the primitive accumulation formation to the industrialization of the whole process of economic knowledge management behavior? This paper based on the perspective of collaborative innovation , systematically analyzes the whole operation process of knowledge managemen t of the basic eleme nts， cons true t a collaborative innovation based on knowledge management network model, and detailed analysis of knowledge management backbone system , cooperative organization subsystem , evaluation mechanism subsystem of the system strueture , operation mechanism, providing a kind of new research methods for knowledge management and innovation , and instructing the science and technology innovation practice? 关键词：知识管理；协同创新；模型 Key words: knowledge management； Collaborative Innovation； model 中图分类号：F061. 5文献标识码：A文章编号： 1006-4311 (2012) 35-0001-04 0引言 知识管理是一种全新的管理理念和管理方法，是通过利 用组织内外的知识资产开展一系列有利于知识创新的知识 活动。知识管理有狭义和广义之分。所谓狭义管理，主要是 指对知识本身的管理，包括对知识的创造、获取、加工、存 储、传播和应用的管理；广义的知识管理不仅包括对知识进 行管理，而且还包括对与知识有关的各种资源和无形资产的 管理，涉及知识组织、设备、知识资产、知识活动、知识人 员的全方位和全过程的管理［1］。野中郁次郎(Nonaka)认 为知识管理是将知识管理理论应用于企业的产物，致力基于 任务的知识创新、传播，并具体体现在产品、服务和系统中 ［2］ 。Darroch和McNaughton (2002)认为知识管理做为管 理的一项基础功能，意在创造、定位新知识，管理各种知识 流
