我国现代农业发展现状及运行机制的研究摘要 新中国成立以来，我国农业实现了跨越式发展，并逐步从传统农业向现代农业过渡。本文通过分析评价我国现代农业，找出我国现代农业发展过程中所存在的一些突出问题，并从金融、科技、基础建设、生态环境等方面提出意见建议,促进我国现代农业全面快速发展。 本文主要分为四大章节对我国现代农业的发展进行了研究：第一章主要通过阐述课题来源与课题的科学意义，通过本章可以看出我国政府对农业现代化的重视程度，发展现代农业才能成为我国经济增长的提供动力，发展现代农业还是我国实现小康社会的重要途径。第二章分析了我国现代农业发展现状，从农业综合生产能力、农林经济结构、农业科技水平、灌溉能力等方面阐述了我过农业现代化成果。第三章分析了我国现代农业发展过程中存在的突出问题，文章从生产力水平、农产品结构、资金、生态环境等方面阐述主要问题。第四章对解决上述问题提出建议意见，从金融、农业科技、特色农业、教育等方面提出针对性对策。第五章分析了我国现代农业运行机制，主要分析了政策、土地、金融、科技机制并提出完善意见。 关键词：现代农业科技水平 金融农林经济结构 生态环境 Research on the present situation and operationmechanism of modern agriculture in China ABSTRACT Since the new China was established, the agriculture of our country to achieveleapfrog development, and gradually transition from traditional agriculture to modernagriculture.In this paper, through the analysis and evaluation of modem agriculture inChina, to find out some problems in the development process of modern agriculture inChina, and put forward opinions and suggestions from the finance, technology,infrastructure and ecological environment, promote the comprehensive and rapiddevelopment of modem agriculture in china. This paper is divided into four chapters to study on the development of modernagriculture in China. The first chapter mainly through the topic source and the subjectof scientific significance, in this chapter we can see that Chinas government attachesgreat importance to the agricultural modernization level, the development of modemagriculture to become Chinas economic growth to provide power, the development ofmodern agriculture in China is an important way to realize the well-off society. Thesecond chapter analyzes the current situation of the development of modernagriculture in China, from the agricultural comprehensive production capacity,agricultural economic structure, agricultural science and technology level, irrigationcapacity and so on. The third chapter analyzes the existing problems in thedevelopment of modern agriculture in China
