舵机安装工艺规程 The steering gear installation technology procedure 1 依据《舵系液压压配工艺D6-920-03》要求将舵柄压装到舵杆上。 The tiller should be pushed-up rudder stock based on《Rudder hydraulic press-fit technology D6-920-03》. 2 舵叶（舵柄）对零位。 Align the rudder plate with the ship’s hull center line and the tiller with the zero rudder angle exactly. 3 依据舵柄拔叉中心高度找正液压缸中心。 Align the hydraulic cylinder center with the tiller fork center height. 调整舵机座高度然后焊接到船体上，同时应考虑环氧树脂垫厚度。 Adjust the height of the hydraulic cylinder mounting bed and then weld the mounting bed to the ship hull. Simultaneously the thickness of epoxy resin chock should be considered. 4 将液压缸定位在指定位置上。 Located the hydraulic cylinder in the designated position. ⑴ 液压缸垂直位置确实定 Hydraulic cylinder vertical positioning 依据舵柄拔叉高度，使用四个安装在液压缸支架上调整螺栓找正液压缸中心高度。见附图1。 Using four adjusting bolt fitted to the hydraulic cylinder mounting bracket, align the hydraulic cylinder height with the tiller fork center height.
