膀胱结石对经尿道前列腺电切术手术后患者疗效的影响 【第一作者简介】李鸣涛 (1973-) ，男，主治医师，主要从事泌尿外科临床诊治与研究工作。 【摘要】目的 :探讨膀胱结石对经尿道前列腺电切手术（TURP) 患者疗效的影响。方法 :回顾性分析本院泌尿外科 2011 年 6 月至 2012 年 6 月行 TURP 治疗的 35 例前列腺增生 (BPH ）合并膀胱结石患者及同期行  TURP  治疗的  40 例单纯 性前列腺增生患者的临床资料，对比分析单纯性前列腺患者 与合并膀胱结石患者术后 1 个月、 3 个月、 6 个月及 12 个月 国际前列腺症状评分（ IPSS)，并对膀胱结石形态、大小、数 量对 TURP 的影响进行分析。结果 :单纯 BPH 组患者术后 1 个月、 3 个月、 6 个月及 12 个月 IPSS 评分显著低于 BPH 合 并膀胱结石组，差异有统计学意义（ P0??05)。单纯 BPH 组 IPSS 改善率为 62??50％，BPH 合并膀胱结石组 IPSS 改善率 为 80??00％，差异有统计学意义（ P0??05)。BPH 合并结石组残余尿量及前膀胱出口梗阻 （ BOO) 无统计学差异， 但多发结石组残余尿量及 BOO 高于单发结石组，大结石组残余尿 量及 BOO 高于小结石组， 差异有统计学意义 （ P0??05)。结论:膀胱结石是影响 TURP 术后预后的重要因素， 术前积极治疗膀胱结石对改善 BPH 合并膀胱结石 TURP 术后症状具有 积极意义。 【关键词】前列腺增生；膀胱结石；经尿道前列腺电切 手术 Effect of bladder stones on postoperative patients with transurethral resection of the prostateLI Mingtao1, CHEN Geming2. 1.
