After the class, Students will be able to
1. 知识目标
(1)read and spell the new words such as quarter, enjoy, afraid and crazy in the lesson ;
学生能正确拼读quarter,enjoy,afraid ,crazy等本课所学词汇;
master the expression of time, including the direct expression and the inverse expression;
学生能够掌握时间表达法,包括顺读法和逆读法;
master the following sentence pattern used to ask and tell the time:
学生能掌握询问和描述时间的表达方式:
- What time is it now?
-It’s 6:00 now. Its the time to.....
-What time is the meeting?
-It’s in the afternoon, at 2:30.
能力目标
understand the dialogue about asking and describing time;
学生能够听懂询问和描述时间的相关对话;
use the words and sentence patterns they have learned to make a short dialogue about time in given situations such as talking about the schedule of a day at school.
学生能够运用所学的词汇和句型在一定语境下进行有关时间的对话,例如讨论自己在学校的一日时间表。
3. 情感目标
know the importance of cherishing time and making the best of their day ; remember the important speech of Chairman Xi Jinping, “seize the day and live it to the fullest” and “race with time and advance with history”.
培养学生的时间观念,鼓励督促学生要珍惜时间、合理安排时间、提高做事效率,牢记习近平总书记“只争朝夕,不负韶华”“同时间赛跑,同历史并进”的重要讲话。

Students can spell the words describing time correctly, memorize the expressions of time, understand the dialogues and sentence patterns related to time, and use sentence patterns learned in class to talk about time.
学生能正确拼读本课中描述时间的词汇,牢记时间表达法听懂与时间有关的对话及句型,运用所学的句型谈论时间。
