Unit5What Is He like第3课时教学设计 【内容来源】陕旅教育出版社六年级下册Unit5 【主 题】Let’s learn more, Let’s sing 【课 时】第3课时 一、教学目标 1. 能听懂并理解Let’s learnmore局部的内容,培养学生遵守时间的意识。 2.能较为流利地朗读课文内容。 3.能在一定的提示下复述课文。 4.能熟练地演唱Let’ssing局部的歌曲。 二、教学准备 1. 教师准备Let’slearn more局部的教学挂图。 2.教师准备本课时的教学课件及相关动词的词汇卡片。 3.教师准备Let’s learnmore和Let’s sing局部的教学音频。 三、教学方法建议 课程导入(Leading In) (1)课前热身 教师走到不同的学生身边用英语提出不同的问题,和学生进行简短的、亲切的对话,复习曾经学过的动词短语和时间表达,为将要学习的短文做铺垫。 T: When do you get up, S1 S1: I usually get up at 7.00. T: When do you have breakfast, S2 S2:I have breakfast at 7:20. T: When do you come to school, S3 S3: I come to school at 8:00. T: How do you come to school, S4 S4: I usually come to school by school bus. T: When do you have English class, S5 S5:I usually have English class at 10:00. (2)导入新课 教师可借助头脑风暴的形式快速激活课堂,如: 课件展示get up, run, go to school, have a class, have breakfast等以前学过的日常活动安排的词汇,让学生边快速念出来边做动作,并说出动词的过去式。 课程展示活动和过程的设计建议(presentation) (1)新课展示Part B Let’s learn more T: Jack got up late this morning. What happened Do you want to know Let’s watch the video. Here’s a story of Jack. 1.播放Part B Let’s learn more的教学课件或录音,让学生听录音初步理解课文大意。 T: Who was Jack’s English teacher Ss: Mrs. Brown. T: What was she like Ss: Very serious. 2.学生自主阅读课文,教师对疑难点进行有针对性的讲解。 (1) without和with意义相反,表示“无、没有〞,其后须接名词或名词性表达,如: You can’t enter without a ticket. People can’t live without air. (2) smile“微笑〞,既可作为名词,也可作为动词。如: She is very kind and always speaks with smiles. Our teacher sometimes smiles at us. (3)get,在这里表示“变,变得〞,意义和become相近。如: The tree gets green. 教师在讲解这个单词时,可注意将get up和get to拿来一起做比较,使学生更明了其用法。 3.Read again and finish the tasks -1. Number the pictures 学生为图片标号的过程其实也是对短文再次梳理和理解的过程。教师可组织学生以组为单位,在原文中按事件发生的顺序画出具有代表性短语或句子,如got up late, ran to the school bus, got to the classroom, took out a book.
