PAGE PAGE 25 财务战略研究——以苏宁云商股份有限公司为例 摘要：企业的财务战略要与整个社会的经济发展周期相适应，要与企业自身的发展阶段相适应，要与企业的整体战略相适应，而一个合理有效的财务战略，对于企业的发展目标的实现是至关重要的，没有相应的财务战略的支持，所有的发展目标就都只能是空中楼阁，所以财务战略研究的重要性可见一斑。本文通过对苏宁云商股份有限公司的案例研究，不仅验证了财务战略研究对于企业发展的重要意义，还从各个方面分析了其财务管理状况和财务战略的实施情况，找出了其财务战略实施中存在的一些问题，并提出了建议，希望能给以后这方面的研究提供借鉴和参考，让企业在财务战略的选择和实施上有所提高，从而更好的支持企业发展战略目标的实现。 关键字：财务战略实施情况苏宁云商 Research on Financial Strategy——The case of SUNING APPLIANCE Company Limited Abstract: The companys financial strategy should adapt to the society as a whole cycle of economic development, adapt to the development stage and the enterprises themselves, adapt to the overall strategy of the enterprise, and a reasonable and effective financial strategy, is crucial for implementing enterprise development goals.There is no correspondingfinancial strategysupport, development all are only castles in the air, so the importance of the study of financial strategy is remarkable. Keywords: financial strategy implementation Suning appliance company limited 一、绪论 （一）研究目的与意义 财务战略是企业决策者为了企业在较长时期内生存和发展，充分预测、分析影响企业发展的内外部各种因素，谋求企业资金均衡有效地流动，加强企业财务竞争优势，而对企业财务做出的长远谋划（王晓黎，2008[1]）。在企业的竞争力中，财务战略管理能力和水平是企业综合能力的体现，因为企业的研发、生产、营销和服务都要以资金作为后盾，财务战略往往决定着企业财务资源配置的取向，影响着企业理财活动的行为与效率。有了健全的财务体系和有利的融资战略、投资战略，企业发展战略才能得以顺利实现。所以，财务战略作为企业战略的一个重要方面，必将越来越受到公司高层的重视(凌云志，2007[2])。 财务战略主要包括以下三方面的内容：筹资战略、投资战略和收益分配战略。而这些战略的制定需要考虑一下几方面的因素：一、财务战略的制定必须与经济周期相适应
