PAGE PAGE 28 大型演唱会的安全评价方法研究 摘要 中国国际化水平不断提高，演唱会作为娱乐活动的代表，逐渐活跃在大众的视野。然而因为人们的安全意识淡薄、安全水平不佳、相应法律不健全等因素导致演唱会事故频发。本次研究主要针对演唱会从筹备搭建到举行过程中的主要危险有害因素、事故类型、风险因素评价以及相对应的控制措施进行了研究。 本文对大型演唱会进行研究。指出在演唱会的过程中可能存在的危险有害因素。对近年来国内外部分演唱会事故进行了分析、归类，并分析事故原因。从人、物、环、管四个方面构建指标体系。一级指标体系为人员安全、设备设施安全、环境安全、活动场所安全以及安全管理；二级指标体系为人员整体密度、临时设施安全、周边环境安全、布局安全、安全机构建设等16项。根据指标体系计算各个指标的权重，确定出最主要的危险有害因素。以重庆市奥林匹克体育中心作为实例分析，请专家根据以上指标对重庆奥体进行打分。最后，针对大型演唱会提出能够提高安全水平的相对措施。 关键词：大型演唱会，风险分析，安全评价，层次分析 RESEARCH OF SAFETY ASSESSMENT METHOD FOR CONCERTS Abstract Chinas international level continues to improve, the concert as a representative of the entertainment activities, gradually active in the publics vision. However, because peoples sense of security is weak, the level of security is not good, the corresponding laws are not perfect and other factors leading to frequent concert accidents. This study mainly focuses on the main risk factors, accident types, risk factors and the corresponding control measures in the process of the concert. This paper studies the large-scale concert.
