PAGE PAGE 16 大学生成就动机与自我效能感 摘要：自我效能感与我们的生活和学习息息相关，也和我们的自我幸福感密切相关。自我效能感能够影响我们行动的动机、个人目标的确立、参与的兴趣、付诸努力的程度对待困难的态度和归因方式等。自我效能感受诸多因素的影响，归因风格与成就动机都属于个人因素。本研究采用数据分析形式，对成就动机、自我效能感关系进行了研究。主要考察了成就动机、自我效能感的影响因素，已有的研究基本上证实了成就动机和归因风格对职业决策自我效能感的影响。本文针对大学生，研究两者之间的关系，来促进大学生自我效能感的提升，提升大学生自信心，为大学生就业提供不同角度的帮助，也为了以后的相关问题研究提供参考和新的视角。 关键词：大学生；成就动机；自我效能感 Achievement Motivation and Self Efficacy of College Students Abstract：Self efficacy is closely related to our life and study, and also closely related to our sense of self. Self efficacy can affect the motivation of our actions, the establishment of personal goals, the interest of participation, the degree of the efforts to treat the difficulties and ways of attribution. Self efficacy is influenced by many factors, attribution style and achievement motivation are personal factors. In this study, the data analysis was used to study the relationship between achievement motivation and self efficacy. The research mainly investigated the influence factors of achievement motivation and self-efficacy. The existing research basically confirmed the influence of achievement motivation and attribution style on career decision-making self-efficacy. Aiming at college students, between the relationship to promote students to enhance a sense of self-efficacy, enhance the confidence of college students, to provide different perspectives help for the employment of university students, also provide a reference and a new perspective for future research on related problems. Key words：college student；achievement motivation；Self efficacy 第1章研究综述 1.1自我效能感研究综述 1.1.1 自我效能感的定义 自我效能感是上个世纪七十年代由班杜拉（Albert Bandura）提出的。他对自我效能感的定义是人们对自身能否利用所拥有的技能去完成某项工作行为的自信程度。自我效能感阐述了以自我感觉为判断标准的个人判断方法。即基于自我效能感，人的主观意识成为了主要的评判标准。决定了它是区分者和理特质上的关键，从概念上来看，自我效能感比单个任务效能具有更宽泛含义的变量，这也是自我效能感最大的特点，即总体的稳定，细节的调整。人们的自我效能感短时期内的大方向是不会发生改变的，而在细节之处，就可能会发生一些増强或者减弱的情况；自我效能感能很好地预测行为的选择和维持以及结果。 1.1.2 自我效能感理论 班杜拉认为，自我效能感由以下几个信息源形成：（1）个体成败经验。（2）替代性经验。（3）言语说服。（4）环境条件。这几种信息对效能期望的作用取决于对其是怎样认知和评价的。人们通过能力相关因素和非
