PAGE PAGE 25 传统企业MTS协同作业的现状分析——以银泰百货为例 摘要:多团队系统(Multi—TeamSystem, MTS)理论是目前国内人力资源管理方向研究的新领域。随着互联网行业的飞速发展,许多传统行业正遭受着巨大的冲击,转型已经成为传统企业能够保持持续发展的共识。企业不仅要保证公司现有的状态,更要完成转型项目。互联网时代下的转型一方面符合市场的规律,另一方面需要有拥有不同的专业知识的团队来共同完成,这使得传统企业转型项目超越传统团队管理范畴,成为一个多团队的多变问题;在这样的多团队结构下,如何充分利用不同地域的不同部门、不同职能的特长来完成互联网时代下的转身便成为了一个重要问题。与传统业务发展相比,转型的成功,不仅需要对目标和绩效进行把控和衡量,更需要管制团队间的协同作业情况。从理论方面看,传统的团队协同作业理论已不足以描述多团队系统中团队间协同作业的情况,而基于MTS理论的团队间协同作业理论很好地弥补了这种不足。 本文以MTS理论为基础,描述了传统企业转型项目开发团队间协同作业的现状,并以银泰百货为例详细描述了团队间协同作业的现状。文章首先介绍了国内外关于MTS理论、团队协作、MTS协作研究的新进展,以案例分析的方式对银泰商业O2O项目的协作模式进行了描述,通过案例和访谈找出存在的问题并从协作角度分析其原因,提出改善建议。 最后,总结了本文的研究结论,并对未来研究作了展望。 关键词:MTS理论;MTS协作;传统企业;协作现状;转型 Analysis of cooperative operation status of traditional enterprise transformation project MTS Abstract: Multi team system (MTS) theory is a new field of research direction of human resources management. With the rapid development of the Internet industry, many of the traditional industry is suffering a huge impact, the transformation of traditional enterprise?has become the consensus of been able to maintain sustainable development.?Enterprises not only to surety companys existing state, but to complete the transformation project. On the one hand, the transformation of one of the Internet era is laws of the market in line with, on the other hand, need to have different professional knowledge team to complete, so the traditional enterprise transformation project beyond the traditional team management category, become a more varied team; the team structure, how to make full use of different regions of the different department, different functional expertise to complete under the age of the Internet and has become an important problem.
