中小企业实施网络招聘的实证研究-以诚亿食品厂为例
摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,中小型企业对优秀人才的需求更大,只是利用传统的招聘方式已不能够满足企业对人才的需求。而在当前互联网的技术的不断发展的大背景下,实施网络招聘已成为了很多的中小型企业招聘新员工的主要方式之一,实施网络招聘的成本较低、方便快捷、不受时间和空间的限制、有较高的吸引力,运用得当能够极大的提高企业招聘的效率,树立企业良好形象。但是在使用网络招聘的同时,也出现各种各样的问题,为了使中小型企业的网络招聘能够更好地进行,提高招聘的效率与实用性。必须对现在的中小型企业的网络招聘现状进行调查与研究,本文重点以诚亿食品厂企业为例进行分析现在阶段中小型企业实行网络招聘的现状,并且说明网络招聘对中小企业发展的优势,以及目前存在的问题,并针对现在存在的问题提出相应的建议和对策,以期对我国中小企业的网络招聘有所启示。
