. Nature and purpose of the curriculum
This course is a professional self-help course that belongs to the competence development course of business administration major and accounting major. The course focuses on the theory of Chinese tea culture, taking into account the study of Chinese tea art skills and etiquette skills. The basic task of this course is to have a systematic understanding of the tea culture in Chinese food culture through the study of the theory and skills of Chinese tea culture, to stimulate students interest in modern Chinese tea art and etiquette, and to have a deep understanding of daily life tea art.
