The sixth edition. 一、课程简介 《社会福利思想史》是劳动与社会保障专业的一门专业基础课。该课程面向本科一年级学生，每学期64学时，共计4学分，由吉林大学哲学社会学院组织开设，旨在引领学生全面且深入地了解社会福利思想及社会保障制度。本课程以人类社会福利思想发展的历史脉络为主线，采用讲授为主、讨论为辅的授课方式，利用文献法、比较法等方法，主要研究两方面内容：一是研究不同代表人物的代表性福利思想，通过对从古代社会到当代社会的各思想流派的代表性观点进行分析，引领学生掌握社会福利思想的特点和意义；二是通过比较不同历史时期、不同国家和地区的社会福利制度的特点，透视中西方尤其是西方国家社会福利思想及其制度的时代特点及变迁趋势。 《The History of Social Welfare》is a professional basic course of the Labor and Social Secuirty Specialty.For the first-year undergraduate students, the course has 64 hours per semester and 4 credits. Its goal is to lead the students comprehansive and in-depth understanding the social welfare and social security system. Through studying the history of the development of human social welfare by discussion teaching method and literature method as well as comparion method, we will focuse on the content of two aspects: one is the study of different representative typical welfare thought. The goal is to lead the students to master the characteristics of the social welfare through the analysis from the ancient society to the contemporary society of the thought.On the other hand, we will compare the characteristics of the social welfare system between Chinese and Western. Through comparing the characteristics of different historical period and different regions, we will learn how think properly the current social welfare policy and try to predict the development trend of the social welfare. 二、课程性质、目的与任务 该课程是劳动与社会保障专业的专业基础课。设
