信息化背景下中小企业财务风险管理研究——以旗天科技 集团股份有限公司为例 浙江科技学院本科毕业设计（论文） 内 容 摘 要 中小企业应该仔细了解如何形成了财务风险，并且应该有许多 的对于财务风险的防范等措施，才可以让企业往理想的方面进步发 展。本文大体上是对于旗天科技集团财务风险管理进行研究，所以 说企业财务风险管理是在企业中不可或缺的一个部分，其意义是巨 大的。旗天科技集团相应财务风险的分析能够让旗天科技的公司运 转流畅，也增添了旗天科技的财务的稳定性，为旗天科技集团提供 了一个较为平稳的经营环境。而且对旗天科技集团自身财务风险的 分类还有识别，分析出旗天科技集团的筹资风险、经营风险、回汇 率变化风险，并提出了相应的解决方案。旗天科技集团应建全财 风险识别预警系统，并且应该适度负债合理安排资本结构，加强资 金管理，提高旗天科技集团的一些决策水平，使其更加科学化。 关键词：中小企业、财务风险、风险管理 II 浙江科技学院本科毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACT Small and medium-sized enterprises should carefully understand how to form financial risks, and there should be many measures to prevent financial risks, so as to enable enterprises to progress towards the ideal development. This paper is mainly for the Qitian Technology Group financial risk management research, so the enterprise financial risk management is an indispensable part in the enterprise, its significance is huge. The corresponding financial risk analysis of Qitian Technology Group can make the company of Chaohua run smoothly, and also increase the financial stability of Chaohua Technology Group, which provides a relatively stable business environment for Qitian Technology Group.
