摘要

本篇论文将通过分析国内外研究现状及发展趋势来引出批评性话语,然后分析批评性话语的产生、发展和具体内容,再结合批评性话语,从语音、词汇、会话等微观方面来分析商务英语谈判的口头话语特色,最后总结出口头商务谈判中批评性话语分析的研究意义,它的意义就在于商务谈判是一种特殊的制式话语,其主要特征是使谈判双方维持良好的合作关系,创设融洽的合作氛围,以达到促成双方交易达成的目的。正因如此,商务英语谈判倾向于使用礼貌的表达方式,它是一种利用不太明显的方式表示出权力和地位关系的语言,能够帮助读者更好的理解商务英语谈判,并为谈判者们装备起必备的语言意识。在这种批评性意识的加持下,谈判者们就能更为准确的预判到可能出现的各种情况,并能随机应变,改变自己的谈判策略,也更有可能躲避谈判中可能出现的语言陷阱。但本篇论文的分析仍存在局限性,原因在于可供参考的研究资料较少,所以在数据的收集方面可能存在着一定的困难,导致准确性不足。

ABSTRACT

Thispaperwillintroducecriticaldiscoursebyanalyzingtheresearchstatusanddevelopmenttrendathomeandabroad,andthenanalyzethegeneration,developmentandspecificcontentofcriticaldiscourse.ThispaperanalyzestheoraldiscoursefeaturesofbusinessEnglishnegotiationfromthemicroaspectsofpronunciation,vocabulary,conversationandsoon,andfinallysummarizestheresearchsignificanceofCDAinexportbusinessnegotiation.Itssignificanceliesinthefactthatbusinessnegotiationisaspecialstandarddiscourse,whosemainfeatureistoenablebothsidestomaintainagoodcooperativerelationshipandcreateaharmoniouscooperativeatmosphere.Inordertofacilitatetheconclusionofthetransactionbetweenthetwoparties.Inordertofacilitatetheconclusionofthetransactionbetweenthetwoparties.Becauseofthis,businessEnglishnegotiationtendstousepoliteexpressions,whichisalanguagethatuseslessobviouswaystoexpresstherelationshipbetweenpowerandstatus,whichcanhelpreadersbetterunderstandbusinessEnglishnegotiation,andequipnegotiatorswiththenecessarylanguageawareness.Withthehelpofthiscriticalawareness,negotiatorsareabletomoreaccuratelypredictpossiblesituations,changetheirnegotiationstrategies,andaremorelikelytoavoidpossiblelanguagetrapsinnegotiations.However,theanalysisofthispaperstillhaslimitations,becausetherearefewresearchdataavailableforreference,sotheremaybesomedifficultiesin
