摘要：在新时代乡村振兴战略持续推进的背景下，地方农业类高等院校正迎来人才培养模式转型的关键时期。本研究重点关注“导

学赛研创”五维协同的新型育人机制，系统探究农业特色高校如何通过教育教学改革实践，培育符合乡村全面振兴需求的复合型专

业人才。基于此，本文首先简要分析乡村振兴视域下涉农高校“导学赛研创五位一体”人才培养的必然要求，随后阐述乡村振兴视

域下涉农高校“导学赛研创五位一体”人才培养的价值，最后详细阐述乡村振兴视域下涉农高校“导学赛研创五位一体”人才培养

的路径，以供相关人士交流参考。

Abstract:Againstthebackdropofthecontinuouspromotionoftheruralrevitalizationstrategyinthenewera,localagriculturalcollegesand

universitiesareenteringacriticalperiodoftalentcultivationmodetransformation.Thisstudyfocusesontheneweducationalmechanismof

thefivedimensionalcollaborationofguidedlearningcompetition,researchandinnovation,andsystematicallyexploreshowagricultural

characteristicuniversitiescancultivatecompositeprofessionaltalentsthatmeettheneedsofcomprehensiveruralrevitalizationthrough

educationalandteachingreformpractices.Basedonthis,thisarticlefirstbrieflyanalyzestheinevitablerequirementsfort
