摘 要 随着高校BBS 的发展，如何规范高校BBS 的管理与运行，如何充分发挥高 校BBS 的功能与作用，如何使高校校园网络内容建设更为合理，使之更利于将 学生的兴趣、能力向积极、健康的方向引导，将成为高校管理者和高校校园网 内容建设者所应思考的问题。 本文从中国人民大学学生接触校园网络行为出发，以高校学生的校园网络 接触习惯为基础，结合高校BBS在内容建设、制度建设方面面临的问题，探讨 高校BBS建设与发展的策略，探求高校BBS在功能利用及拓展方面所需的内容体 系和制度。 通过研究，本文提倡在建设高校BBS 的过程中拓展其功能，将高校BBS建 设成为校园学习、生活的信息交流平台，通过合理的内容设置，使高校BBS有 利于学生知识水平和实践能力的积累与提高；为保证高校BBS 的良性运行，网 络言论立法与高校BBS规范建设势在必行；同时，明确高校主管部门与BBS主办 团队之间的权责分配，是高校BBS长远发展所必需。 关键词： 高校校园网 高校BBS 高校BBS管理者 Abstract Along with the development of university BBS, the managers of universities need to consider how to manage the BBS, how to make the BBS complete its functions and roles efficiently, and how to make the contents of campus websites more rational to make them more conducive to guide students interested in the ability to be positive and healthy direction. According to the survey from Renmin University of China, we can know more about how the students use campus network. Base on the students’ habit and problems that the university BBS system faced, the paper will explore the construction and development of the strategy of university BBS. By this study, the researcher thought the managers of university BBS can expand its functions in the building process.
