摘 要 随着经济社会的发展，人才作为战略性资源的价值凸显，“人才强国”被确 定为我国的又一项基本国策；在经济社会结构调整的过程中，就业成为目前发展 中急待解决的一个突出问题；同时，互联网技术的发展和普及，使得中国的网民 人数已突破亿级大观。在此背景下，网络招聘产业的健康发展不仅具有重大的经 济意义，其社会意义也不容忽视。 与传统招聘渠道相比，网络招聘具有无可比拟的优越性。网上招聘作为新兴 的招聘方式，成本低、效益高，方便快捷，突破时间和空间的限制，这些优势使 它具有广阔的发展前景，同时也蕴含着巨大的商机。网络招聘已经经历了快速发 展，蓬勃生长的阶段，它作为一种新的招聘渠道，又作为传统招聘渠道的新工具， 目前正面临创新和突破。 本文通过个案分析的方法，以第一手的资料重点对网络招聘行业的领头羊 “前程无忧”进行了全面动态的分析，主要从创立背景，服务内容、运营模式的 发展变化和经营业绩的展示阐述了其发展历程。希望借此能更加清晰的认识到网 络招聘发展的前因后果，预测网络招聘的未来趋势。 【关键词】 招聘 网络招聘 招聘网站 发展 Abstract With development of the social economy, human resource as a strategic resource value is becoming prominent, brain power was identified as one of our basic national policy; In the adjustment of economic and social structure, employment in the current development is a conspicuous problem; Meanwhile, the development and popularization of the internet technology, the number of Internet users in china has exceeded 100 million.
