摘 要
新时期,我国劳动关系出现了诸多新的特点,国家正在大力倡导和谐劳动
关系的构建。劳动关系本质是人与人的关系,稳定和谐的劳动关系不仅能够促进
企业经济的可持续发展,同时也是社会稳定和谐的基础。心理契约理论的发展正
是对劳动关系中人与人关系的深入研究的结果,本文从心理契约的概念入手,在
简述了我国劳动关系现状以及心理契约对劳动关系的影响之后,着重分析了 ZT
公司心理契约构建案例,深入探讨了和谐劳动关系中心理契约的构建,提出了以
内外兼修为主,即企业文化建设无疑是修炼内功,为此才能实现可持续的积极心
理契约构建,而制度建设则是外在约束,使得心理契约的构建有法可依、有章可
循,雇主品牌建设则是对心理契约构建的一种补充,最后笔者针对目前员工的特
点,有针对性的提出了知识型员工心理契约的构建建议。

Abstract
The new period, our working relationship has many new features, the state
is vigorously promoting the construction of harmonious labor relations.
The nature of labor relations is the relationships between people, a
stable and harmonious labor relations can not only promote the sustainable
economic development enterprises, but also social stability and harmony.
Psychological contract theory is the development of labor relations,
human relations and in-depth study results, we start from the concept of
psychological contract, a brief description of the status of labor
relations in China and the psychological contract on the impact of labor
relations, the focus of the ZT Company Psychological Contract cases
examined in depth the psychological contract harmonious labor relations
in the construction, proposed to internally and externally to the main
building of enterprise culture is no doubt that practicing internal
strength, this can be a positive psychological contract for sustainable
building, and system construction is the external constraint, making the
construction of psychological contract rules to follow, the employer
brand building is constructed of psychological contract as a supplement
to the author for the final characteristics of the current employees have
to focus on psychological contract of knowledge-based construction
proposal.
