要 随着我国经济日益融入全球经济体系，国内外形势的发展要求项目管理采用 国际通用方式，项目管理在我国的许多企业特别是合资企业得到广泛的应用， 项 目管理得到了企业高层的重视，项目质量管理作为项目管理的一个重要领域 得 到企业重视 。 项目质量管理主要包括质量规划 、质量保证和质量控制三个过程，这三个过 程不仅彼此交互作用，而且还与其他领域的过程交互作用。每个过程在每个项目 中至少出现一次，并可在项目一个或多个阶段中出现。在进行项目质量管理时要 注意处理好质量与等级、项目质量与项目进度、项目成本之间的关系。项目质量 管理可采用的方法有过程决策程序图、因果分析图、控制图等方法。 本文介绍了江铃汽车股份公司在项目质量管理方面的实践，着重介绍了江铃 股份公司项目质量管理的三个阶段的输入输出，探讨江铃在项目质量管理方面的 不足和改进意见，希望对项目质量管理在汽车行业的推广起到启示作用。 关键词： 项目质量管理 江铃股份公司 实践 1 Abstract As our national economy melting with global economy system,the proj ect management is required to use the international currency methods by the situation of in- and out nations.The project management is attached importance by the high class company managers.The project quality management is regarded as an important field of the project management by the company. Proj ect quality management is mainly divided in three processes as quality programming 、quality guarantee and quality control. The three processes are not only interacting each other but also reciprocating with processes in other fields. Each process occurs at least once in each project and may appear at one or more phases. We have to be carefully to dispose the relationships between quality and classes, project quality, project schedule and project cost. The project quality management methods are process decision-making process chart, cause and effect chart, control chart, etc. The article introduce the practice of project quality management in JMC, stress the input and output during the three phases in JMC item quality management ,and discuss the lack and improving idea of JMC in project quality management. It is wished to reveal the spread of project quality management in vehicle industry. Keywords:
