要 保险诚信是社会诚信的组成部分，它关系到社会的稳定与和谐社会的建立。 诚信是保险公司的生命线。因此，建立健全保险诚信相关制度体系；综合利用各 种方法推进保险诚信建设对实现保险业做大做强非常重要。 文通过理论分析并 结合实际对保险的重要性及如何在江西平安实施诚信建设进行了阐述。 文首先系统介绍了保险诚信及其相关理论。然后，根据对江西平安诚信建设现 状分析，阐述了在平安人寿江西分公司完善诚信建设的必要性。接着根据江西平安实 际情况，对投保人、被保险人、保险人以及保险中介人分别进行了相应的诚信分析与 建议。最后，文章论述了实施完善平安诚信体系的具体措施。 本研究试图为平安人寿江西分公司诚信体系建立和实施方法提出些许建议和帮 助，并希望能给国内其他企业，特别是兄弟单位带来一定的借鉴和参考作用。 关键词：平安人寿江西分公司 保险诚信 诚信原则 1 Abstract Insurance credibility is the component of the social faith, which involves the steadiness of our society and the establishment of our harmonious society. It is the lifeline of insurance company. Therefore, it is very important to set up the relevant insurance credibility system and make full use of all sorts of methods to propel its establishment for enlarging and strengthening insurance business. This paper combines theory analysis with practice to illustrate the importance of insurance and how to implement credibility building in Ping An Insurance Company. At first, this thesis introduces systemically insurance credibility and its relevant theory. Then, according to the analysis of the current situation, it states that it s necessary to perfect credibility building in Jiangxi Pin An Life Insurance Company. And then in accordance with Pin An s real situation, the policy holder, the insured, the insurer and the insurance agency are respectively investigated in this regard. In the end, this paper discusses some definite measures on implementing and perfecting Ping An s credibility system. This research tries to provide some suggestions and help for building Jiangxi Ping An Life Insurance Company s credibility system, and meanwhile other businesses, especially our counterparts at home can use them for reference.
