要 随着国家宏观经济政策从 保增长”转到 调结构”，产业政策发生重大变化，商 业银行信贷结构不合理等新形势、新情况、新问 的出现，我国商业银行必须及 时优化信贷业务结构，防范风 ，提高收益，增强核心竞争力，最终实现平稳健 康发展。本文提出了信贷结构优化的衡量标准，阐述了区域、行业、客户、产品 四个维度信贷结构优化的顺序和方法，分析了信贷结构优化应把握的重点。以AA 银行江西分行为例，在分析该行信贷结构现状和问题的基础上，提出了 AA 银行 江西分行信贷结构优化的思路、策略、政策框架和区域结构、行业结构、客户结 构、产品结构四个维度的优化政策，其中区域差别化政策为本文创新之处，该政 策对不同区域的重点产业实施差别化，较以往行业 一刀切”政策更为科学。文章最 后就AA 银行江西分行实施信贷结构优化采取的一些配套措施进行了阐述。作者 希望通过本文的论述能对商业银行实施信贷结构优化工作有所借鉴。 文章共分为五章,第一章是引言,介绍研究的背景、目的和意义、研究现状、研 究思路和框架结构; 第二章是信贷结构优化的一般理论综述；第三章是运用SWOT 分析法具体分析 AA 银行江西分行的信贷结构现状、存在的问 ; 第四章是针对 AA 银行江西分行信贷业务的现状,提出该行信贷结构优化的方案,包括优化的基本 思路、策略、政策框架以及优化政策; 第五章提出AA 银行江西分行信贷结构优化 方案实施的配套措施。 关键词：商业银行 信贷结构 结构优化 核心竞争力 风 防范 1 Abstract Along with the national macroeconomic policies from growth to structure, industrial policy changed, unreasonable structure of commercial bank credit as the new situation, the new situation, the new problem appeared, Chinese commercial Banks must promptly credit business structure optimization, risk prevention, increase revenue, enhance core competitiveness, and finally achieve smooth healthy development.
